Key Studio Policies

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

Consistent attendance is vital for progress and choreography retention. If a student must miss a class, please notify the studio in advance to schedule a make-up session in another class of the same level within the current month.

Dress Code & Hair

Proper attire ensures safety and allows instructors to see body lines. Each genre has specific requirements for shoes and clothing. Hair must always be secured away from the face, preferably in a neat bun for ballet.

Class Etiquette & Safety

Hands-on corrections are a normal part of dance training. We prioritize a safe, respectful, and focused environment. Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to respect fellow dancers and staff.

Payment Policies

Tuition is billed monthly and due on the 1st. A late fee is applied to accounts not settled by the 5th. All accounts must have a card on file for automated processing through our secure parent portal.

Withdrawal Policy

To stop classes and billing, written notice must be received via email 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Tuition is non-refundable, and mid-month withdrawals will not be prorated.

Communication

We share important updates through email, our parent portal, and social media. Families are responsible for keeping their contact information current to receive crucial news regarding performances and schedules.
